When pipe fitting business was relatively unknown in Singapore in the early 1960s, my late grandfather, Kuah Cheong Bee, started trading in pipe fittings and the business was later registered as a company in 1977 by his children (my uncles and aunties). It is currently still run by the Quah Family. Our pipe fittings, made of Malleable Iron, Brass, Stainless Steel and Bronze, and Thermoplastic Tubing have been supplied to Singapore, as well as to various parts of the world, including countries like India, Thailand, USA, United Arab Emirates and Vietnam.
